Injection Moulded Thermoplastics

Innovative, hybrid and high precision thermoplastic injection-moulded parts from Iskra ISD PLAST are used mostly in the Heavy duty Industry, Automotive industry and Electrical and Mechanical engineering sectors.

With our own toolmakers, we ensure that the effort required for correction and coordination is kept to a minimum right from the design phase. Modern simulation and advanced engineering and analysis methods such as mould flow calculations are used in our in-house departments.

For us, Engineering thermoplastics (PA, PBT, PPS) with a high glass fibre content are used as standard in our processing.

Our technical plastic injection-moulded parts are manufactured on modern vertical and horizontal injection moulding machines with a central granulate supply. If required, we can also manufacture under ESD conditions.

Our thermoplastic plastic injection-moulded parts:

Mainly used thermoplastics:

  • Standard thermoplastics (PP)

  • High-temperature thermoplastics (PEEK, PEI, PPS)
  • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE/TPV/TPU)
  • And much more

 We use injection moulding machines manufactured by Krauss Maffei and Demag Sumitomo with machine closing forces ranging from 35t to 420t.
