LaserFusion

Revolutionizing multi-material hybrid component manufacturing

Building on the foundation of TechnoFusion, Iskra ISD introduces LaserFusion, our cutting-edge technology for joining metals and polymers through micro-mechanical locking of polymers on laser microstructured metals. Launched in 2019 as part of an ambitious R&D project which later in 2022 expanded its scope with a publicly awarded tender, LaserFusion represents a significant leap forward in multi-material hybrid component manufacturing.

LaserFusion harnesses the precision and efficiency of laser technology to create lightweight, robust, and complex multi-material hybrid products. This innovative approach addresses key industry challenges by providing:

    Automation, robotization, and digitalization of the laser structuring process lead to lower production costs and higher productivity.
