Iskra ISD PLAST d.o.o. is a globally recognized high tech company for plastic injection moulding from thermoplastics and thermosets. We are present in the Automotive industry, Heavy duty Industry, Electro Industry, Heating Industry, Household appliances, etc. Our competences include R&D, Moldflow simulations, tool shop and tool maintenance and modern and innovative injection moulding technologies with focus ppm=0. Our focus is to produce technically demanding products, to produce hybrid components with combinations of metal and thermoplastic and combinations of aluminium and thermoplastic and to produce hybrid components with combinations of PCBA’s and thermosets.

Thermoplasts and thermoplastic elastomers

We are using Krauss Maffei or/and Demag Sumitomo horizontal machines for thermoplastic injection moulding. Fifty-five (55) machines from 35t up to 420t are equipped with process automation solutions. All machines are connected to a central drying and suction system via a pipeline system. Mainly used materials: PA6, PA46, PA66 (up to 60% GF), PPS, PBT, POM, PP, TPE, TPU, TPV.

Thermosets

We are using Krauss Maffei and/or Engel horizontal and vertical machines for thermoset injection moulding. Mainly used materials are PF, UP, MF and Epoxy, which are stored in appropriately monitored conditions (temperature, humidity)

Ten (10) machines from 50t up to 300t are equipped with process automation solutions. Other equipment, like sand blasting, ovens for tempering, etc., is also available.
