Iskra ISD PLAST is among the pioneers of thermoset injection moulding technology, with over 75 years of experience in the field.

We have made injection moulded parts with thermosets from the beginning. No matter whether they are overmoulded PCB's, electrical components, plastic/metal connection or technical parts—we develop and produce customized solutions for individual tasks.

There are many advantages of using thermosets. Thermally, chemically and mechanically resistant thermosets components are the most cost-effective replacements for aluminium and thermoplastic components. In 2018, we introduced injection moulding of PCB's as well. Today, we inject thermosets using injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 30t to 350t.
